2) Overview: What data we process
(1) Technical data: IP address, browser and device data, operating system, date and time, referrer URL, pages accessed, and log data.
(2) Account and contract data: Name, company, address, email address, phone number, customer number, login data, booked services, as well as billing and contract data.
(3) Communication data: Contents of inquiries, support messages, and emails, as well as messenger messages via WhatsApp, WeChat, or Telegram if you choose this contact method.
(4) Payment data: Transaction data, payment status, and additional data depending on the payment method, for example, an IBAN for direct debit. Card and payment details are typically processed directly by the respective payment service provider.
(5) Cookie selection: Your selection regarding optional technologies, as well as the version and expiration date of this selection, are stored locally in your browser.
(6) Advertising and measurement data: After your consent to the OpenAI pixel, technical connection data, online identifiers, information about the accessed website, and transmitted event data can be processed. Details and notes on possible extended assignments can be found in Section 10.
3) Purposes and legal bases
(1) Website and app operation, security, stability, and error analysis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing a secure and functional service. If processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR applies.
(2) Customer account, contract processing, and provision of hosting, CMS, and services: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
(3) Fulfillment of legal obligations, such as commercial and tax-related retention obligations: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
(4) Use of the optional OpenAI Pixel and associated transmission of personal data: Your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Additional legal consent requirements apply for storing or reading non-essential information on your device, particularly § 165 para. 3 TKG 2021 for Austria and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG for Germany.
(5) Your consent is voluntary. You can generally use the website without agreeing to the optional OpenAI Pixel. A granted consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing prior to the revocation remains unaffected.
4) Cookies, local storage, and cookie settings
(1) We use technically necessary cookies and similar storage technologies for basic functions of our website, such as sessions, security features, chat functions, shopping cart, and order processing, as far as you use these functions.
(2) Additionally, we use the OpenAI Pixel for advertising success measurement with your consent. The pixel will only load on this website when appropriate approval is granted. Details can be found in Section 10.
(3) We store your cookie selection locally in your browser using Local Storage. The stored selection includes approvals for individual categories, a version number, and an expiration date. This allows us to consider your decision on subsequent visits to the same website. This storage serves to manage your selection and is not used as a unique visitor ID.
(4) Our cookie management considers the stored selection for 365 days from the last confirmation. When reconfirmed, this period restarts. Local storage entries are not automatically deleted by the browser after expiration; an expired selection is no longer treated as valid by our management. You can also remove the stored website data via your browser settings.
(5) The cookie settings include the categories "Functionality and Recognition", "Analysis", "Meta (Facebook / Instagram)", and "OpenAI Ads". Currently, only OpenAI Ads is technically integrated through this control. The other categories do not currently trigger any additional storage, unique visitor ID, or transmission to Meta or a separate analysis service. Your selection alone does not activate such services.
(6) You can open your selection at any time using the button below. To revoke OpenAI approval, uncheck "OpenAI Ads" and confirm "Save Selection". If the pixel is already loaded, the page will be reloaded, and the pixel will not be activated again. Previously made transmissions are not reversed by the revocation.
(7) A revocation does not automatically delete existing provider cookies. You can additionally remove these through your browser settings. If you delete all website data, your saved cookie selection may also be lost and will need to be requested again.
(8) The selection applies to the respective browser and website address. It is not automatically transferred between different devices, browsers, or our various domains.
5) Server log files
(1) With each call, we process log data, such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, and browser identification to ensure the operation and security of the website.
(2) The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring secure, stable, and functional website operations.
6) Contact, customer center, and support
(1) When you contact us or use a customer account, we process your information to handle your request, perform the contract, and provide support.
(2) The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contract-related inquiries. For other inquiries, processing occurs based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
7) Communication via Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Telegram
(1) In email communication, we process your contact details and message contents to handle your request or perform the contract.
(2) We use messaging services to communicate with you when you choose this contact method. Account IDs, phone numbers, metadata, and message contents may be processed.
(3) Messaging services are operated by third parties. Processing outside the European Economic Area may be possible. You can also use email as an alternative contact method.
(4) The legal basis depends on the occasion: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contractual matters or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for handling other inquiries. If consent is required, processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
8) Payment processing: PayPal, GoCardless, and Stripe
(1) We use PayPal, GoCardless, and Stripe for payments. We transmit the required information for payment processing to the respective payment service provider, such as name, amount, transaction data, and payment status.
(2) The purposes are payment processing, fraud prevention, and accounting.
(3) The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contract fulfillment, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for legal obligations, and where applicable, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for fraud prevention.

9) Other analysis, advertising, and Google services
(1) With the current cookie settings, neither Google Analytics nor Google Ads tracking, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight Tag are loaded. An option displayed there does not mean that the corresponding service is technically used.
(2) If individual pages provide external content or functions from Google, such as YouTube videos or reCAPTCHA, their actual integration must be considered separately. When loading such content, in particular, your IP address, browser information, and details about the page view may be transmitted to Google. Any required consent must be given before loading; OpenAI's selection does not grant consent to these services.
(3) Locally hosted fonts do not connect to Google merely by being displayed. If fonts are retrieved from Google servers, technical connection data is transmitted to Google.

10) OpenAI Ads and OpenAI Pixel
(1) With your consent, we use the OpenAI pixel to provide the technical basis for measuring and attributing the success of our ads with OpenAI. Depending on the configured event measurement, website visits, inquiries, registrations, or purchases may be attributed to an ad interaction. The mere inclusion of the pixel does not mean that all of these events are already set up as separate measurements.
(2) For personal data from the European Economic Area, OpenAI provides processing by OpenAI Ireland Limited, 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland. According to OpenAI terms, we and OpenAI act as independent controllers in regular conversion measurement.
(3) When loading the pixel, technically necessary connection data, especially your IP address and browser information, are transmitted to the systems used to provide the pixel. For set measurement events, the type of event, time, referring website address, and other configured information related to the respective event may also be processed.
(4) If the target address after an ad click contains the OpenAI click reference "oppref," the pixel can capture this reference and store it as a first-party cookie "__oppref." The identifier enables later attribution of transmitted events to an ad interaction.
(5) If OpenAI's automatic extended attribution is activated, the pixel can recognize supported customer data on the website, hash it using SHA-256 before transmission, and send it along with measurement events. This concerns, for example, supported contact details. In this procedure, the recognized customer data is not transmitted in plain text. Hash values can still represent personal data.
(6) OpenAI may process the transmitted data according to its conditions for providing reports as well as for measuring, optimizing, delivering, and improving its advertising services and other authorized services. Attribution to information held by OpenAI may be possible. We receive assessments of the success of our advertising.
(7) The legal basis for our optional pixel integration and the associated data transmission is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. The regulations mentioned in Section 3 also apply to the storage and retrieval of information on your device.
(8) Without OpenAI's consent, the pixel will not load on this website. You can change or revoke your consent at any time using the button in Section 4.

11) bluetronix App for iOS and Android
(1) When you use our app, we process account and login data, contract data, technical app data, device and operating system information, app version, log and diagnostic data, as well as push tokens depending on the features used.
(2) The purposes are app operation, account access, security, support, troubleshooting, and potentially providing push notifications.
(3) The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for contract fulfillment and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for security and stability. If consent-based tracking is used, it occurs only after appropriate consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

12) Hosting, CMS, and order processing
(1) If you operate your own websites or apps through our systems and process personal data of your users, you typically remain the controller. To the extent that we process this data according to your instructions, we act as the processor.
(2) For these cases, we provide a data processing agreement.
12a) Developer Network and Partner Developers
(1) If you request or order services through our developer network, we will pass on the necessary data for the offer, coordination, and implementation to the partner developers selected by you.
(2) This may include, in particular, names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, project data, requirements, screenshots, files, and communication content. Access data will only be shared to the extent necessary for implementation and as agreed.
(3) The purposes are to initiate and carry out the project, quality assurance, and billing through bluetronix.
(4) The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. To the extent that we carry out quality assurance and fraud prevention, this is also based on our legitimate interests according to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
(5) Partner developers may operate worldwide. For transfers outside the European Economic Area, the notes in Section 14 apply.
13) Server Locations and Data Processing by Region
(1) We operate server locations based on region. Depending on the product booked, service requirements, and site selection, data may be processed at different locations.
(2) These include Singapore, Mumbai, Sydney, Helsinki, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Falkenstein, Oregon, Virginia, and Dubai.
(3) In the case of processing outside the European Economic Area, the additional notes in Section 14 apply. Processing by external providers like OpenAI is subject to their own processing locations and is not limited to that location by your choice of hosting location.
14) Third Country Transfers and Safeguards
(1) When using external services or server locations outside the European Economic Area, personal data may be transmitted to recipients outside this area. This may also involve processing by OpenAI and its affiliated companies or service providers, particularly processing on servers in the USA.
(2) For such transfers, in addition to a legal basis for processing, the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR must be met. Depending on the recipient and destination country, adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses may apply.

(4) You can request information about the protection measures used for our own transfers using the contact details mentioned in Section 1.
15) Storage Duration
(1) We only store personal data as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Relevant factors include the duration of the contractual relationship, open inquiries, statutory proof and retention obligations, and necessary actions for legal prosecution or defense.
(2) We retain log data for the period necessary for operational security and error analysis. In the case of specific security incidents, a longer retention may be necessary for clarification and prevention.
(3) The locally stored cookie preference is considered by our system for 365 days from the last confirmation. A new confirmation updates the expiration date. The selection can be changed beforehand or deleted via browser settings. For details on local storage, see Section 4.

16) Your Rights
(1) Under legal conditions, you have rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability.
(2) You can revoke consent at any time with effect for the future. For the OpenAI release, use the cookie settings under Section 4.
(3) To the extent that we process data based on legitimate interests, you can object for reasons arising from your particular situation. You can object to processing for direct marketing at any time.

(1) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, particularly at your habitual residence, workplace, or where the suspected violation occurred.
(2) You can contact the Irish Data Protection Commission or, if your habitual residence is in Austria, the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

18) Security
(1) We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The transmission between your browser and our website occurs via TLS/SSL if the website is accessed through HTTPS.
